Grup K-pop yang membuat sejarah di Glastonbury

Fifteen hours ago, Mark Savage, Music Correspondent at Pledis Entertainment, reported that Seventeen’s mini-album FML was the best-selling record of 2023. Despite not being as well-known as Coldplay or Dua Lipa, Seventeen, a K-pop boyband with 13 members, sold over 10 million albums last year, second only to Taylor Swift. Unlike other K-pop acts, Seventeen writes and produces their own music, and they are now set to make history as the first K-pop act to perform on Glastonbury’s main stage.

Seventeen’s journey began in the basement of Pledis Entertainment, where members were selected and trained over a gruelling four to five years. Led by musical mastermind Woozi, the band has produced over 140 songs to date. Despite facing setbacks and injuries, the band has persevered and evolved their sound from pop to EDM and beyond.

As they prepare to perform at Glastonbury, Seventeen remains dedicated to their craft and their fans. The band’s latest releases, including the successful FML EP, showcase their growth and resilience in the face of challenges. With their unique blend of talents and personalities, Seventeen continues to push boundaries and make their mark in the music industry.
