The company is also ready to support cross-carrier roaming requests from other providers.

The network modernization efforts of T-Mobile include using AI and data to support real-time response and faster recovery. The company has a team in Florida with experience in handling storms like Milton, and has taken steps to proactively strengthen its network infrastructure to reduce interruptions.

T-Mobile’s fleet of equipment, including mobile emergency operations centers, satellite cell-on-light-trucks, heavy-duty Wi-Fi and charging vehicles, portable generators, and drones, is ready to be deployed to provide critical network connectivity, power, and Wi-Fi to first responders and communities in need.

The company is coordinating with federal, state, and local authorities, including first responder agencies, to restore network coverage and capacity as needed. T-Mobile for Government is also offering Wireless Priority Service to eligible critical infrastructure customers for priority access during emergencies.
