HP Mengatakan Rencana Langganan Barunya Akan Membuat Anda Lebih Tidak Membenci Printer Anda. Tapi Apakah Benar?

HP is aiming to change the way we view our printers with their new All-In Plan subscription service. Tired of dealing with jammed inkjet printers and expensive ink cartridges? HP promises a solution that will make you hate your printer less – for a monthly fee, you can get a printer, all the ink you need, and support. But is it worth it?

The company’s new campaign, launched in Northern Europe, declares that HP printers are “made to be less hated.” With the All-In Plan, HP offers a printer, ink, and support for a fixed monthly fee. This subscription service builds on HP’s existing Instant Ink program, but now includes the hardware as well.

But is this subscription service a good deal? Signing up for the All-In Plan means agreeing to monthly charges for two years, with a termination fee if you cancel early. HP promises to provide troubleshooting support over the phone and will send a replacement printer if needed. They also keep track of your printing habits to ensure you’re not using unauthorized ink cartridges.

To sign up, customers can choose from three printer models and select a monthly page allowance ranging from 20 to 700 pages. The cost per page can vary, making it difficult to determine if the subscription will save you money in the long run. While the convenience of having ink automatically delivered and troubleshooting support may be appealing, the overall cost of the subscription versus buying a printer and ink on your own is a complex calculation.

Despite the potential cost savings, some users may still have reservations about committing to a subscription service for their printer. HP’s All-In Plan aims to address common printer frustrations, but whether it’s a good deal ultimately depends on your printing needs and preferences.
