9 Tanaman Hias Dalam Ruangan yang Hampir Mustahil Mati, Menurut Para Ahli

Caring for houseplants can be a simple way to liven up a space, but it’s important to know how to properly care for them to ensure they thrive. Certain plants are easier to care for than others, making them great options for beginners or those who struggle to keep their plants alive.

To find out which plants are the hardest to kill, I consulted with houseplant experts Rebecca Sterling and Puneet Sabharwal. They shared their recommendations for low-maintenance plants that can withstand neglect and thrive in various conditions.

One popular choice is the ZZ plant, known for its tolerance to neglect and low maintenance requirements. It prefers consistently moist soil and indirect light, making it a great option for beginners. Parlor palms are another forgiving plant that can thrive in humid environments and don’t require frequent pruning.

Monstera plants, including the Siltepecana variety, are resilient and adaptable, making them suitable for a variety of conditions including low light. Hoyas are long-lasting plants that can be passed down through generations, with thick leaves that make them resilient to lower humidity levels.

Aglaonema Siam Pink plants are known for their unique leaf patterns and ability to thrive in low-light environments. Pothos plants are excellent air purifiers and can tolerate a variety of conditions, while snake plants are drought-tolerant and can thrive in low-light settings.

Baby rubber plants are easy to care for and can be propagated easily, while Philodendron Brasil plants have vibrant leaves that can grow quite long. Both plants prefer moderate to bright indirect light and should be watered when the top inch of soil feels dry.
