Apakah pekerjaan Anda berisiko karena AI? Lakukan ini sebelum terlambat

A couple of weeks ago, The World Economic Forum released its predictions for the future of jobs and the workforce over the next five years (2030). The comprehensive report, titled The Future of Jobs Report 2025, is impressively well-organized and packed with valuable information.

In the report, it is highlighted that despite concerns about AI taking over jobs, a net 78 million jobs will be added by 2030, with 170 million new jobs created and 92 million jobs lost. The fastest-growing jobs are in AI, Fintech, engineering, and renewable energy. However, an unexpected opportunity lies in the care economy.

By 2030, approximately 39% of skills will become outdated or transformed, with a focus on AI, big data, networks, and cybersecurity. Soft skills such as resilience, creativity, and flexibility are also emphasized, along with the importance of lifelong learning.

The report also stresses the need for upskilling and reskilling, with 59% of the global workforce requiring training by 2030. Employers are prioritizing health and well-being, diversity, equality, and inclusion initiatives, as well as talent retention strategies.

While AI will impact the workforce, with half of employers planning to reorient business strategies in response, the report also highlights the demand for healthcare jobs due to an aging population.

The key takeaway from the report is the importance of soft skills such as communication, imagination, critical thinking, and patience in navigating the changing job landscape. These skills will be crucial in maximizing opportunities in the future.
