in the world. And that ubiquity comes from the fact that we are in virtually every device you can imagine. And as we’ve seen the rise of AI, what’s become apparent is that software is becoming more and more important to the overall solution. So what we’re doing with the compute subsystem is we’re taking the core IP [intellectual property] that people use, the CPUs, the GPUs, the neural processors, and the interconnects, and we’re packaging them up in a way so you can actually buy a subsystem from Arm. We’ve been doing this for a while, but we’re really trying to elevate it in terms of the importance of it. Because these subsystems, when they’re integrated into your chip, they provide you with a lot of the software that you need to run applications. So for example, if you’re running an AI workload, we provide you with the software that you need to run it. We provide you with the drivers, the libraries, the compilers, the debuggers, the profilers. Just about everything you need to build a chip from scratch. And that’s what we’re providing to our customers. Because the days of just providing a CPU are over. Now it’s about providing the entire solution. And that’s our strategy.
