The U.S. Federal Government’s Draft Environmental Impact Statement for the Rhyolite Ridge Lithium-Boron Project in Nevada positions the project to commence operations in 2027. Ioneer Ltd has moved closer to construction at the site following the Bureau of Land Management’s planned issuance of the draft EIS. The draft EIS, which will be open for public comment starting April 19, is the first to be issued by the Biden Administration as part of its push to accelerate domestic lithium production.
