Josh Peck has been keeping a major secret for over a year – he is a part of The Last of Us Season 2. The actor, known for his roles in Drake & Josh and Oppenheimer, joins other notable guest stars like Melanie Lynskey, Nick Offerman, and Murray Bartlett, as well as actors from the original Last of Us game such as Troy Baker, Ashley Johnson, and Jeffrey Pierce.
Before auditioning for The Last of Us, Peck was not very familiar with the show or its source material. However, after auditioning for a role, he watched the show and was impressed by its quality. One particular standout episode for him was Season 1, episode 3, “Long Long Time,” which focused on a love story.
Peck plays a FEDRA soldier in The Last of Us Season 2, and he prepared for the role by thinking back to stories he shared with his friends. He filmed a monologue for his audition tape, which he enjoyed doing due to the great writing.
